Resource Health De Soto: Growing Access to Compassionate Pregnancy Care

Resource Health De Soto Is Open: Compassionate, Judgment-Free Support Nearby

We’re excited to share that Resource Health De Soto is officially open.

But for us, this moment is about more than a new address. This opening represents something we’ve been working toward for a long time: making it easier for people to access compassionate, confidential care close to home.

For us, growth is a means to a deeper impact. It’s about people. It’s about listening carefully to what women, families, and communities need and responding with care that feels safe, steady, and personal. That’s why our message for De Soto is simple: we’re growing with you.

Because the support you need should be easy to reach and safe to trust.

Why De Soto Matters

We know that when someone is facing an unexpected pregnancy, the barriers to getting support can feel overwhelming. Lack of finances, situational pressures, and fear of judgment often keep people from reaching out, even when they want help.

Opening a De Soto pregnancy resource center is one way we can reduce those barriers and expand pregnancy and sexual health support in De Soto, KS and surrounding communities. It means more people can get answers and medical services in a setting that protects their dignity and confidentiality.

Just as importantly, it means we can meet people where they are emotionally, too. If you’re scared, unsure, or carrying a lot on your own, you deserve a place where you can take a deep breath and be treated with respect.

That’s what we’re here for: compassionate pregnancy care that is grounded, calm, and judgment-free, with access to trusted resources you can actually use.

Voices From the Open House

Our open house in De Soto was a powerful reminder that care is something a community builds together. We felt so encouraged by the support, conversations, and shared excitement as people stepped into the space for the first time.

Here’s what a few of our team members shared leading up to our grand opening:

Carla said, “It’s exciting to watch Resource Health grow as we expand our care across state lines and serve De Soto and it’s surrounding communities”

Rachel Beth shared, “I’m looking forward to bringing our services to Kansas and supporting students in the college community.”

And Courtney added, “DeSoto has always held a special place in my heart. I spent several years serving the youth in this community, and I’m grateful to be back supporting those who come through Resource Health. Besides, the Chiefs are moving to Kansas, why can't we?!"

We’re grateful for the joy in these words and for the deeper meaning behind them. This location exists because we believe De Soto deserves care that is both professional and personal.

Same Heart, Extended Reach

Even as we expand, our heart stays the same.

At Resource Health, we’ve always believed people deserve dignified, confidential care. They deserve clear information, medical support, and a place where they can talk honestly without pressure, shame, or fear.

That’s what we’re committed to in De Soto: judgment-free pregnancy support and access to reproductive health resources that help you take your next step with clarity.

If you’ve visited one of our other locations, you’ll recognize the same approach here. And if this is your first time meeting us, we want you to know what you can expect: calm support, respectful care, and a team that treats you with dignity and respect.

Gratitude + Looking Ahead

We want to say thank you.

To everyone who showed up for the open house, welcomed us, partnered with us, gave generously, prayed, volunteered, or encouraged this expansion behind the scenes, we’re grateful. This space exists because people believed De Soto should have easier access to support.

We’re honored to be here, and we’re looking ahead with hope. We’ll keep showing up, keep building trust, and keep growing alongside the communities we serve.

If you or someone you know needs support right now, our door is open.
